Luckily we got in. I was very glad to see it, but no time to revel. Jack was pulling on my hand the entire time, impatient to move on to other things.
Like this stunning sculpture made by artist Adam Bateman with more than 100,000 books in an exhibition called The Matter of Words.
It is really, really worth seeing in person. And it will be there for seven more months, so you don't have to plan ahead until the end of November.

Margy...we know Adam. He was a camp counselor at a service oriented camp Kayla went to for 2 weeks last summer. A great guy! We saw this on his FB a while ago and will have to go see it at the MOA...and we may try last chance for Bloch as well :). Love your posts!
That sculpture looks incredible. I'm definitely going to have to get over there. Thanks for the heads up.
My boys were impressed by that sculpture as well. They tried to count the books but gave up before too long.
