Jack received one of his summer projects in the mail today: a math workbook. Isn't he lucky?We made some feeble attempts early on in elementary school to give Jack "homework" over the summer to keep his brain juices flowing, but none of us were disciplined enough to follow through in any meaningful way. Now the stakes are higher with junior high looming in the near future. Discipline is paramount.
So exactly how lucky is Jack? Once he finishes chapter 4, "Finding Percents," I'll have him calculate the answer.
