Our last time through the four-way stop on the way to drop Jack off at the junior high this morning. And almost the last time
ever through the four-way stop. By Monday, the city will be closing it off and
turning the intersection into a roundabout, aka a rotary.
Oh, yeah, and school's out. Jack's done with junior high forever (in fact,
the junior high itself is done forever). He's in the backyard with his friends right now. They're all burning their homework in our fire pit, aka
the celestial cauldron. Sorry, neighbors. It'll be over soon.
